Shipping policy
Glycerin soap base products are made to order and will ship within 10 business days from receipt of order.
Cold Process, made to order, products will take up to 8 weeks to ship.
Pre-made products will ship 3-5 business days from receipt of order.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from the shipping time.
We ship all small orders via USPS GROUND Advantage w/insurance and USPS Priority Mail.
Once a package is received by the USPS we are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages/goods.
Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50 included in the postage price.
If you receive a damaged package that is eligible for a claim, take pictures and document all damage and issues with the package. Retain the packaging and damaged goods until the claim is complete. Notify us and we will assist you in making a claim with the USPS. If a package is marked delivered, but you have not received your package, please check all areas of your property for the package. Check with your neighbors to see if it was misdelivered. Your package may be delivered up to three business days later, especially during high volume times of year, due to overloaded trucks or the ability of the delivery person to complete all their deliveries on that day.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer to SoapEmbeds and packages returned as refused or undeliverable will incur a 20% re-stocking fee or the buyer must pay for the new shipping costs. (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
We will cover and correct our shipping errors.

To reduce overall waste, we do recycle shipping materials. Filler is recycled as often as possible and occasionally we reuse a box that was shipped to us. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have an issue with recycled packaging.
